For some ridiculous reason I cannot log in or reset my password etc etc etc etc

I emailed you yesterday but up until now I havent even had an acknowledgement. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi, I recently stayed at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco and the total price was supposed to include the breakfast. When I was checking out I was charged for breakfast and told that there was a misunderstanding but still had to pay. They never explained to me that the breakfast included was from the coffee shop and not from the restaurant. I would like to get reimbursed as this was never clarified

Marriott Vacation Club SCAM

I called Bonvoy reservations and was told there was a great Marriott offer I could take advantage of.

To sum it up I bought a Marriott Vacation Club member ship to learn I was ripped off by their scam. The MVC sells points which allegedly can be traded for bookings in Marriott Resorts worldwide.

Once the points are deposited to a new customer's account the customer will realize they are worthless. There is no availability available in any resorts in Europe for 2 years +, as far out as the MVC calendar goes out.

I called the resorts individually to learn they have plenty of availability.

MVC is selling bookings that don't exist.

I would never have considered this offer if it were not for being a Bonvoy member. I want a refund of

$4500 and the contact I signed terminated.

You are destroying your customer base, is it worth it?

Terrible customers service

I called to add my rewards to my account. I spoke to a representative named Carla at 1234pm on the customer service line. After waiting on hold for ten minutes she told me that she could not help me. I then asked to speak to a manager she said she didn't have a manager. I explained that she had to have a manager she went on to say she xan give me another number but she couldn't transfer me to a manager. I asked please help me understand you said you do not have a manager and now you do but I can't speak to them. She then hung up on me. I don't think this was customer service at all.

I have contacted your customer care regarding my missing points and nights. All my "nights" are gone after adjustment in the system. I am talking to different people almost for 2 weeks to return my. This is a big shame that the chain like Marriott have this level of customer care!!Q

I originally called because I wanted to modify my hotel reservation check in date. When I called I was told my reservation had been cancelled. Due to my card declining for one night's room and tax. The hotel representative was very unhelpful. When I called back, I spoke with a manager who had no issue in assisting me. However, with the change in my check In date, my room type changed, and I wasn't notified. Upon checking in, I was unable to valet park given the hotel was full and had to park in a separate parking garage away from my hotel. In addition to that, my hotel room was not cleaned properly. I was overall disappointed with the service and my stay. As a paying customer, I expected more customer service and resolutions for my issues.

Reservation on Feb. 18

reserved 3 rooms on Nov. 17, 2021 for 7 people. arrived on Feb. 18, only for them to tell me that they did not have my reservations. Had to scramble to find rooms at another hotel so we all had somewhere to sleep for the night,as we had an early flight out of Cleveland. Had to spend a little over $800 for two rooms at another hotel neat the airport. It was either that or sleep in our cars, with 2 children!!! Would like to be compensated for all or part of this unexpected expense. If you need the paperwork, reservation number, etc. please contact me. Julie Cooper

Point system with Bonvoy Visa

I made a reservation with points, but when I went to cancel the first day of the reservation, they recalculated the points so that each of the subsequent days cost more points so that I would lose 40,000 points. So, if you schedule a reservation with points, beware that modifying it will cost you dearly.
