Is Marriott Timber Lodge in Tahoe ripping us all? Have you seen the non-sense expenses on behalf of owners in excess of 11 Million dollars every year? It is time for action law suit against them. Would you join me by sending me an e-mail at .

I have talked to an expert attorney and need support to make it to an Action Law Suit. They didn’t disclose that HOA fees will increase by more than 30% in less than 5 years. They have de-valued our investments and now with new Points gimmick they are asking for more money. Please share your experience with me and let’s stop them from taking advantage of us. 12863fe

Hello everyone, have you seen the new gimmick? Last time I was at Tahoe (January 2012), Marriott sales people killed 3 hours of my time with having their agent with a very bad breath and sound as a “used car salesman” trying to sale me to the idea that I better buy $35,000 worth of points or I will have a hard time trying to exchange in the future. As you all know, they are now competing with Interval with the new “points gimmick”.

I just had an email from Marriott. Check it out and see how they are devaluing our time share. You have to be the original owner or you can’t do the point’s gimmick. Contact me if you want to chat. or 530-342-7337.

"Enroll before the price increase.

If you are a weeks Owner and you haven't yet enrolled in the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™ Exchange Program or if you've enrolled some but not all of your weeks, don't miss your chance to take advantage of the special introductory rate!

On June 14, the price of enrollment for all eligible* weeks purchased through Marriott Vacation Club International, will increase from $695 to $2,395."

WE ALL SHOULD ATTENED NEXT MEETING ON APRIL 12, 2012 THAT IS THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION DATE.

They are electing 3 new Board of Directors. Take a look at the candidates that they are sponsoring. It is a joke that none is from California and they all look like as they were handpicked as “yes man” for Marriott to continue ripping us all. Our time shares have devalued by as much as 25 cents on a dollar. It is simply sickening how they are getting rich from us. Contact me at and I will send you a copy of what I have received from them.

Look at the candidates:

1) David Babich from Florida- Retired Chief Customer Officer, Marriott Vacation Club International. Are you *** kidding?? How can he represent the owners??

2) Candyce Beneke from Texas- Retired Attorney “ I have served on the Timber Lodge Timeshare and Condominium Association as an owner for eight years and as your President for the past five years” …. No wonder we have lost our time share values and are paying more and more on HOA every year. We need her to do it to us for another 5 years!!!! Is this a joke???

3) Daniel Craig from Illinois- “ Having served on the Timber Lodge Board for three terms, most recently as Vice President, I am very familiar with both our accomplishments and the challenges we face in striving to serve the needs of our resort and ownership community.” What accomplishment this fool is talking about?? We have lost 75% of our investments value. Is he drunk or simply ***??

4) Brian Klein from Florida- “Brian has worked for Marriott Corporation for over 27 years.” Wow, please give me a break, how obvious that Marriott so cleverly has selected all these “yes men” on the Board of Directors who have zero interest in heart for any of us the owners.

This is all a bad joke. No wonder we are getting “F” every year. They are getting paid by us to do it to us. We must be fool to keep electing them again and again. We must put a stop to this now.

This is for owners of the Time Shares only, not for renters like you. They should not rent these units to anyone like you to begin with. You are not paying for HOA as a renter.

I find there rates low at most times. And I have always found there service great. I have stayed there many times, just left there 2 weeks ago. And Ill be there again soon. If you cant afford to stay at a full service hotel, go to hojos or motel 6. I love Marriott.
